In the past calendar year, there have been 65 homes to sell in Hidden Springs - Boise Idaho.  Of the 65 homes that have sold this past calendar year, 22 were new construction.

With an increase in demand for homes in Hidden Springs, the rate at which the prices were declining has slowed somewhat, and homes that are not in short sale and which are not bank owned have continued to sell at a higher price per square foot.  On average, non bank owned and non short sale properties in Hidden Springs have sold in 58 days (compared to the average 143 days on the market for short sale and/or bank owned properties).  Properties that are priced competitively and in good condition are still frequently selling within the first two weeks of marketing.
