Living in Hidden Springs Idaho

Introducing:

www.LivingInHiddenSprings.com

which is our latest blog site, designed to be a real estate and community resource.  As a Hidden Springs resident, I feel blessed to share my community with you.  This blog site is designed to keep residents informed of the latest real estate activity, and to also act as a resource for home buyers that are considering Hidden Springs in their future home plans.

Many years ago, my husband and I used to visit Hidden Springs with the hope and dream that someday we'd be able to raise our family there.  Hidden Springs used to host a weekend harvest festival event the first week of October, which included pony rides, mazes, trolley rides and games for the little tykes.   We'd tour the community with stars in our eyes, thinking about how it would be to live in such a charming neighborhood.  We dreamed about living in such a place where our children would have an outstanding school, an abundance of neighborhood friends, and above all else, an environment where they could roam and play to their heart's content in this safe, and tucked away haven.

Four years ago, that dream came true and it has been all that we hoped it would be and more.  I look forward to sharing the scoop of living in Hidden Springs, Idaho.

The Homes of Hidden Springs

The rolling hills surrounding Hidden Springs provide an ever changing backdrop of dramatic scenery, and one senses that the folks here have a little more room to roam than in the average subdivision.  Take a drive through Hidden Springs on an average day, and you'll see residents out and about, jogging, walking the dog, riding their bikes, and generally enjoying the out-of-doors.  With over 800 acres of space dedicated to community use, along with access to trails, pools and grassy parkways and playgrounds, homeowners from all walks of life and demographics enjoy what the community has to offer.  A notably high percentage of homes enjoy foothill views, and the surrounding common spaces provide an added measure of privacy to many of the home sites.

Over 800 graciously designed homes line the gentle hills and draws, and pride of ownership is evident.  Strict architectural controls enforced during the construction phases ensured that while every home has character and individual beauty, each home is also enhanced by the homes in close proximity.
