Hidden Springs currently has 10 new homes listed in the MLS.  Building lot supply is dwindling, but there are still opportunities to build in the Dry Creek phase of Hidden Springs, and in the Rolling Hills phase of Hidden Springs.  The Rolling Hills phase is dedicated exclusively to Boise Hunter Homes, but in the Dry Creek phase of Hidden Springs, buyers can bring their own builder or choose from a list of builders that have built extensively in Hidden Springs and are familiar with the strict architectural controls required.

Home prices of available new construction ranges from 199,900 for 1545 square feet, up to 2860 square feet, priced at $465,000.

In the past 3 months, there have been 8 new homes sold in Hidden Springs.  Average sale price was $338,831 ($123 per square foot).

There are also two homes currently pending (Average sale price is $317,500 - $116 per square foot).
