** All of the homes closed in the 3rd quarter of 2011 were in the Dry Creek phase of Hidden Springs. The closings reported for 3rd quarter 2010 were for the Rolling Hills phase of Hidden Springs which were larger homes and on more expensive lots. Reporting a decrease in average sale price would not be an accurate market indicator as the product sold varied too widely between the two quarters.
In Hidden Springs, the demand for homes has continued to increase as inventories remain at a 3 year low for the neighborhood. New construction activity has seen a marked increase as resale opportunities remain low.
